Research Prize for chemistry : Boris Vauzeilles, winner 2015

Boris Vauzeilles, researcher at the “Institut de chimie moléculaire et des matériaux” of Orsay (CNRS, Paris) receives the Research Prize for his work published in 2014 in the Angewandte Chemie journal.

The magazine “La Recherche” annually puts the price of Research in the fields of archeology, astrophysics, biology, chemistry, environment, mathematics, health, neuroscience, physics, sciences of Information, technology and a special Jury Prize. These awards recognize the research teams whose year was marked by high-quality works, whether applied or fundamental research and helps to promote the work of the winning teams with the general public.
Boris Vauzeilles and his team are well rewarded for their work leading to the development of a new Legionella detection method.
